What this is, how to navigate, how to get help

This is the CRM that runs the GPS Leaders sales operation. Cold email replies land here. Calls get logged here. Customers and orders live here. It's built around how Nick actually sells, not how generic CRMs think you should sell.

Sections at a glance

  • Inbox — Every inbound message (email, SMS) shows up as a conversation. Triage from here. The first thing to open in the morning.
  • Leads — One row per active sales conversation. A lead links a company + contact + stage + activity history.
  • Companies — The business behind a lead. Multiple leads can attach to one company over time.
  • Tasks — Followups, callbacks, reminders. Sequence automations create these automatically; you can also create them manually.
  • Calendar — Tasks with a due time + Cal.com bookings + manual events, all overlaid on Nick's "CRM" Google Calendar layer.
  • Automations — The sequence engine that runs disposition followups (more on this below).
  • Invoices / Inventory / Fulfillment — Order management for closed deals.
  • Settings — User profile, password change, tags, message templates, and (admins only) user management.

How followups work — the short version

After every call, you apply ONE disposition tag (vm-left, spoke-wants-pricing, etc.). The system runs the right SMS + email + task sequence automatically. You don't have to remember the cadence — the tag IS the cadence.
